this week I learned

• some people (including myself) don't get what it means to commit to something
• sometimes all you have to do is ask - and people will step up
• i don't ask people to step up enough
• patience is not a virtue i possess (dare I ask God to grant me patience!?)
• sometimes you've got to do things you don't like
• mutual support is so important in the ministry
• i like it when things go my way
• when things don't go my way - i'm thrown off course
• i need to work on being more flexible when things get mixed up
