this week I learned

I have taken a break from my weekly learning posts - but I believe it is a good practice... so here goes:

• I am not invincible
• I am sometimes very close minded
• I don't often stand up for myself
• But I am loyal to- and will stand up for - others
• I forget what it's like to be a middle schooler
• Kids will love you like you can't imagine
• I am a youth minister
• I'm a bit stubborn at times
• Poison oak/sumac/ivy is not fun to have!
• Community encouragement does so much for my soul.
