Heaven Moments

Do you ever have those moments in life that are just right?  Everything is perfect, you feel content, and you know others feel the same way?

I call those heaven moements.  Little glimpses into what living in harmony and relationship with God and with each other will look and feel like.

Here are some "Heaven Moments" I've had:

• During Viva la Vida at the Coldplay concert.  Everyone was singing along and enjoying the song. 
• Giggling with friends
• Walking on the beach 2 weeks ago.  Everything was just peaceful.
• Seeing my students talking and joking around with each other.
• Having deep - but meaningful conversations with friends. 

What are some of your heaven moments?

this week I learned

• the value of slowing down
• how tiring children are
• leaving is hard
• I can be emotional at times 
• I'm more attached to Karen than I thought I was!
• Summer is hot
• I've got some bright people in my youth group!
• sittin' around - shootin' the breeze is fun
• I've got a lot to learn about business stuff!
• I love my life!

This Week I Learned

• I am strong - and enjoy the physical aspect of moving things
  
• I did learn a lot in my 7 years of higher education and 21 years of schooling (another blog to come soon about this!)
• Grace is easier give by God.
• I am enjoying not being in school
• I get to work full time now
• I need to get better at time management
• I have a lot of support from all around
• I like sunny days better than rainy
• I apparently have an internal clock that wakes me up at 6:30 a.m.
• Being unprepared can lead to bad lessons - or no lessons at all!
